Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and research potential leads and prospects within the target market. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media (Linkedin) to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to update client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, managing correspondence, and tracking sales activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and follow up on inquiries, feedback, and requests for information.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and presentations.

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients’ needs.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

  • BTech (Bachelor of Technology) in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • MBA (Masters in Business Administration) is a plus.
